Before we get started, I just want to be clear: as I discussed in a recent blog, mopping is one of my least favorite household chores.
Why I Hate Mopping
But what to do? I can’t just ignore my dirty floor, much as I might like to.
Fortunately, there’s an answer. Which brings me to. . .
Yes, I realize I work for a company that promotes microfiber, but I can honestly say I love these products. Especially our mop system. Here’s why:
No Chemicals: The wet pad uses water only. No chemicals to coat the floor where my kids and pets play.
No Lugging: The wet pad cleans my whole house without having to be rinsed. No more heavy mop bucket to haul around.
Fast: The dry pad’s static charge picks up all the crumbs, hair and dust with just one swipe.
Super Easy: The pads and base both have a Velcro® strip, which makes it super easy to attach and remove them.
Sustainable: When the pads get dirty, I just toss them in the washing machine, and then the dryer. No more disposable pads and no more solution to have to keep buying.
Highest Quality: Because the microfiber in the mop pads is so fine—1/200th the thickness of a human hair—and tightly woven, it picks up everything the first time.
Infused with Micro Silver: The microfibers in the wet pad are infused with an antibacterial agent that effectively inhibits any bacterial odor, mold and/or mildew growth within them. How cool is that?
My Floor Is Really Clean: The wet pad also has the ability to remove up to 99% of bacteria from a surface when I follow the proper care and use instructions. (See #5.)
The Kids Can Help: My mop handle is adjustable! Making it perfect for everyone in the family to use at just the right height for them! (Right, Jack?)
It Works on All Surfaces: My microfiber mop system is great for wood, laminate, tile, vinyl—you name it. I can even it use on it on walls, windows and ceilings.When it comes right down to it, life is too short. If you hate mopping as much as I do, there’s really no better choice than microfiber for getting your floors very clean, very quickly. . . so you can move on to better things—like cleaning your refrigerator coils!

Yes!!!! I adore the mop! If you have dogs and/or cats (I have both), then you NEED to understand how easily the dry mop pad attracts and picks up allllll that hair. To be fair, I can’t blame it all on them. As a girl, I contribute my fair share of hair! But a few swipes, (and my entire downstairs is wood floor) and I am done sweeping in 10 min or less! And that’s only IF i’m the one mopping…usually, that’s a kid chore at my house!!
Least favorite chore is dusting. Made easier with the Norwex dusting mitt. Great for window screens too!
I had not thought of using the dusting mitts on window screens but that is a great idea I’m going to try.
I really don’t mind mopping–the Norwex mop system is so simple to use and it is very quick. (my real nemesis is bathrooms! Uggh!) I Norwex my bathroom, too, but I don’t like cleaning bathrooms. There is such a difference, though, as there are no harsh chemical cleaners for me now, and I do have the reassurance that my bathroom is clean and germ free.
My first Norwex purchase was the mop. I have two dogs, one with long hair and one with short. Needless to say, hair was a big problem in my house. When I was invited to my first Norwex party I was skeptical at best. But then I found out about the anti-bac feature and how great the mop was at picking up pet hair, I was sold! I haven’t turned back since!! The mop with all the other wonderful Norwex products have made cleaning my home much less of a chore. Now if Norwex could get the men in my house to pick up after themselves I would have a lot more leisure time. 🙂

Dishes is hands-down my least favorite chore! I actually used to trade with my brothers for cleaning the bathroom…yes, I’d rather do that than dishes. 🙂
I really do love my netted dish cloth, though, it makes doing dishes much faster, so I don’t have to spend as much time at the sink!
I love my Norwex mop, which I also use in my cleaning biz. This means I no longer need to lug around my wringer bucket! It also means that every client gets a truly clean floor with a fresh and clean mop pad every time!
I will never get down on my hands and knees to scrub a floor again. I love my mop, dust mitt, window and dish clothes. No more chemicals, makes the work easier and faster, I breath better and save money.

I got one that I’m going to give to my daughter so she can eliminate chemicals on her floors
I hate vacuuming. We are seriously considering getting rid of our carpets. Then we can use the mop instead!
My most hated chore is cleaning the bathroom! I love the Bathroom Scrub Mitt to make it quick and easy! Blue Diamond and the Ergonomic Toilet Brush too!

You can then put in a search for a consultant or put in a name. I hope you do get one of our mops, they are wonderful!! 🙂

I loathe cleaning the toilets (we have four with very hard water).
Norwex’s Ergonomic Toilet Brush and Holder with the Blue Diamond All-In-One Bathroom Cleaner has been a life-saver for me. I love that I only use a very small amount of product to get my toilets clean, and have noticed that the hard water rings have not returned how they have with past cleaners.

I know what you mean, I have a small floor, big dog, and used to wash my floor 3 times, 9 pills of water, just to get my floor clean with the mop I was using. Not anymore. I LOVE my mop!!
Can the mop be used on marble floors? And, I hate cleaning toilets!
Yes, you can use it on any hard finished surface. I use it on marble floors in a house that I clean and it works great.

I love my mop, as a mop, but I have high ceilings and I love using the Enviro wand on the Mop handle to clean the ceiling fan and cob webs in the corners

The most common mistake new mop owners make is to not keep the mop in constant contact with the floor. Once they learn to do this, they love the mop system as much as I do.
Least favorite chore is a tie between moping and dusting. Norwex has made both these chores sooo much easier! I am in love with my mop! Love the dry pad for picking up all the dust bunnies and pet hair hiding out under my furniture on my wood floors!
Dusting, but the mitt and enviro are my only go-to products!
