Movement Members Share What They Are Grateful For

Cultivating an Attitude of Gratitude

The U.S. celebrates Thanksgiving this week, and in honor of the spirit of gratitude, we take a look back at what Norwex Movement members were most thankful for.

“I’m thankful for being able to stay home and school my kiddos! Being ‘The Boss’ of my own business makes it easier to let the priorities in my shine.”Melissa S.

“I’m thankful for a great many things. I used to be a very different type of person. One could say that I was self-centered. It wasn’t until I met my now wife that things changed. Now that we start to do more in the community and do all we can with our special needs kids, I’m thankful for so many little things.”Phil M.

“I am thankful that I am Canadian and I have friends in the US. I enjoy our Thanksgiving in October with family and friends, and then enjoy the American Thanksgiving in the States with my friends there….what can be better than 2 Thanksgivings!”Pat C.

“Thankful for each day, and all the beautiful family and friends that are in my life!! The opportunities that have been given to us in everything we do, through our families, through our work and socially. Thanks to all of you!”Sheila B.

“I’m thankful for the new people and friends I have met through Norwex. It’s so nice to know I have a community of people who share similar values, even if I don’t see them all the time!”Stacy L.

“Our little community has had its world rocked to the core this fall. I’m learning to be thankful for the most basic, most precious things: the life and love of my family and friends!”Leah R.

“I am thankful for my wife who keeps me on track (or at least tries to). She is constantly looking at things to see if they are improving us as individuals, and if they are not improving us she looks to see how we can change them so they are.”Douglas F.

“I am thankful for so much!! I am reminded every day by the ‘Gratitude Stone’ given to me by Paula Morris, MD Norwex Australia, at a conference a few years ago.”Karen C.

“I am thankful for my mission…sharing Norwex.”Reenie B.

“I’m thankful for many things but mostly because I am blessed with family and friends whom I adore!”Sarah B.

“I’m thankful for my family and friends. I am a lover of nature and the environment, so hoping to make a difference in the world…”Cecelia S.

“I’m so thankful for my family near and far.”Theresa H.

“I am thankful for being introduced to Norwex. I have been excited to make changes in my home.”Jennifer R.

“This year I had my kiddos start a ‘thankful tree’ and each day we added a new leaf to it, with what we are thankful for written on it! It was really eye opening to see what my kiddos were thankful for!”Gingi F.

comment_2Thank you, Norwex Movement members! It’s gratifying to know that in a fast-paced, often chaotic world, some things reliably continue to mean the most—like the love of family and friends and finding fulfillment in the small, conscious choices we get to make. Now we want to hear from even more of our readers! In the comments below, please let us know what you’re most thankful for.
