Norwex Home Office Family Members Share a Few of Theirs [Video]
Norwex employees around the globe tell about some of the positive changes they’ve made this year. It’s really true—small, conscious choices can have a big impact!
What positive changes are YOU most proud of in 2016? This is your chance to sing your own praises! Just drop us a line below.
I adopted a dog this year and he has been my motivation to get out and walk and hike. With his high energy and watching my diet I have lost 58 pounds and counting.
My positive changes that we have made this year: Finally got rid of all the cleaning chemicals under the sinks (they have been sitting there unused for far too long 😛 ) We bring reusable grocery bags with us to the store most of the time. And we raise our own animals for farm fresh milk and eggs to cut down on some of the everyday plastic waste and provide the family with a little healthier options!

This year I became a consultant! It’s drastically changed how I look at so many factors of my life. We’ve also gotten into essential oils and I’ve made my own sourdough starter to make our own bread so we KNOW what goes into it!

Bringing our own bags for shopping; children having their own water bottles and now it’s become second nature when we leave the house :D!; really looking at things we are buying to see if they are going to be long lasting or will end up not being used and a waste of money; My 18 yr old daughter has become super sensitive to so much and Norwex with this blog has helped her become aware of how toxic chemicals are in almost everything we are exposed too. I could go on and on, lol! So thankful for the continued learning opportunity given here.

My most positive change was to become a consultant this year. 😀
We have made many changes but reducing the use of plastic as well as paper towels are the first to come to mind!
Sarah, that’s wonderful! Welcome to the Norwex Family, and thank you for making conscious choices that have a positive impact, not just in your home, but for us all!

I now have a watch that records my activities and am keeping fit as it monitors my workouts and calorie intake. I am very conscientious about the environment and have started (when possible) leaving the packaging at the store when I purchase new. It is my effort to pressure retailers to get manufacturers to use less packaging materials.

I went to my first Norwex party, was blown away, became a consultant, and got rid of so many harmful things out of my home. I became a consultant to earn extra money, but after my first party, it no longer was about the money, it was about the wonderful changes I could help people make in their homes. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone’s reaction the first time they see the Enviro and window cloth demonstration! I know this is everyone’s story, but it has made a huge impact on me and how I can make our world a better place.

Love this video! In our home, we have made a complete change to using reusable grocery and produce bags to reduce our plastic waste!
I also had the opportunity to volunteer with 2 teammates at Washed Ashore in Banden, OR, and I cane away with a whole new vision for how each individual action we take truly can make a difference for our world!

I joined Norwex! That’s a super positive change in itself! 🙂 And in doing so – I’m really reducing the number of chemicals in my home – and I’m more mindful of my purchasing decisions too.

I stopped buying paper plates about 4 months ago, to decrease how much waste I was creating. Next came the paper towels, and that’s when I found Norwex, so perfect timing!. I am looking into when the next Household Hazardous Waste Days for my area will be to dispose of my unneeded chemicals correctly. Also determined to find biodegradable bags to use when I scoop the litter pans out! So far, haven’t found any big enough to replace the ones from the grocery store.

In 2016 I became a foster for small animals with West Michigan Critter Haven. It made me proud that I was able to save a pets life and help find them a great loving home!
